When it comes to choosing the best vitamins, minerals and supplements most people don’t realize how important the decision is. Many people who have a generally healthy diet are turning to vitamins and minerals to supplement the nutrients that their bodies are not getting. Most foods today are stripped of nutrients through refinement processes. These same foods are full of fats, salt, sugar, and have little of the best vitamins and minerals people need. When more than 21,000 Americans were surveyed, there wasn’t a single person that was getting the best vitamins and minerals through supplements needed to keep a person healthy.

People that choose a vitamin can decide on something natural or synthetic, but there is quite a difference between the two. Researchers discovered just how significant the difference was between natural whole food vitamins and supplements and synthetic vitamins by using a polarized light. If you were to take a polarized light and beam it on a natural vitamin, the light would bend because the vitamin is alive and has a molecular rotation. On the other hand, a synthetic vitamin will split the light in two parts because the natural rotation of the vitamin is gone.

Synthetic vitamins may look like the real thing, but they certainly don’t function like the real thing and are not the best vitamin and mineral supplements. The best vitamins and minerals are those that are created naturally.
